How we handle facts on this site

Seasons Aura is developed by Shree Muhurt Developers, the company behind the Seasons Group brand in Kalyan. The brochure states that Seasons began its journey in 2003 and has since delivered residential and commercial projects across Kalyan West. Projects marketed under the Seasons brand in Kalyan West include Seasons Residency, Seasons Pride, Seasons Orchid, Seasons Saffron and Seasons Business Centre, with Seasons One and Seasons Mannat among the ongoing developments. Seasons Aura is registered with MahaRERA under PM1330002501427. Verify it at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before booking.

The tower
The developer's brochure describes a 25-storey tower with just 6 flats per floor, a grand dual-lobby entry with a drop-off point, a ground-floor retail arcade, 2 and 3 BHK homes and a 2+2 Jodi, an observatory deck and a full amenity lineup. The MahaRERA-registered completion date is December 2030; the developer works to an internal target of around December 2028. Confirm the storey and unit count on the registration certificate before booking.
